held in Rome.   The programme includes a preconference on   Religion and
Homosexuality (July 3), on Women (July 4), the World Conference (July
5-7). The World Pride Parade   takes place through the streets of Rome
on July 8!

Training Program: Using the Internet for Research and for Publishing.
July,   2000. Canada This is a one-week training session on using the
Internet for research and publishing. Participants will be instructed
on how to locate human rights documentation on the World Wide Web, as
well as how best to create and manage human rights websites of their

ILGA European Conference in Romania. October, 2000
The International Lesbian and Gay Association in Europe will be held
in Romania.   A seminar   "How to take a court case under the European
Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)" for member groups from Central and
Eastern Europe   has been planning as a pre-conference event.
