在去年AfterElton.com成功选出百大性感男星后今年又重新进行了投票。(有很多当红的美剧帅哥入围)

〈断背山〉的男主角，有希望再次扮演同志角色，公开表示非常支持同性恋权利。

2. John Barrowman ↑去年排名第10位(已出柜)
他本人很满意这个结果，愿意做Jake Gyllenhaal"背后的男人"
英剧〈火炬木小组〉〈神秘博士〉的男主角，在剧里扮演双性恋的角色，而演员本身就是同志已经结婚很幸福。

3.Luke MacFarlane ◎ 新上榜(已出柜)
公开出柜后得到了很多粉丝的支持，首次上榜就取得了第三位的好成绩。
美剧〈Brothers & Sisters〉Scotty的扮演者，在剧里是同志角色已经和男主角结婚，他曾经和〈越狱〉〈实习医生格蕾〉的两位男演员传过绯闻。

4. Cheyenne Jackson ↑去年排名第36位(已出柜)
舞台剧同志演员获得过无数称赞，积极投身于公益事业。

5. Neil Patrick Harris ↑去年排名第53位(已出柜)
美剧〈How I Met Your Mother〉Barney Stinson的扮演者，虽然在剧里是为花花公子但演员本人是同志，已经出柜和男友高调参加过很多活动。
